With the growth of LinkedIn , Facebook and a variety of other tools available to promote your employment brand, RFL have now evolved from a model of “candidate relationship management” to a model of building a “talent network” from which to recruit. The “talent network” is not just a place to post jobs, it’s a place to attract people: and it includes fans, candidates, employees, alumni, and even customers. That is why we have created a Linkedin page to post and attract jobs.
Recruitment process is very simple for the candidates.

  • We have Job analysis every month to analyze the job requirements of the specific function and we post the job through digital medium and our corporate website. We shortlist candidates based on initial screening.
  • Usually HR conducts an initial interview to analyze the basic qualities required in the candidate to fit the corporate culture.
  • Then functional head and in certain circumstances CEO interviews the candidate for final selection.
  • Finalized Candidates are called to be congratulated on their selection and provided with the offer letter and joining date.
